Upload Your Design – Custom Mug

Upload your own design and we'll print it on a mug. Every custom order gets a digital proof first. Nothing is made until you approve it in writing.

How it works

1. Choose your options and upload your print-ready file (PNG or SVG, 300 DPI at print size, transparent background). Files over 20 MB: paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link instead.
2. Check out. Your order is placed on hold for review.
3. Within 1 business day we check your art (rights, resolution, size, placement) and email you a mockup proof.
4. Reply to approve. Production starts after approval. If we can't print your file, or you don't approve the proof, we refund you in full before anything is made.

File requirements

• 300 DPI at print size (example: 12 x 16 in print area = 3600 x 4800 px)
• PNG or SVG, transparent background, sRGB
• No upscaled or low-resolution images. We'll flag blurry art before printing.
• Convert text to outlines (SVG) or tell us the font name.

Your art, your rights

By uploading, you confirm you own the artwork or have written permission to use it. We can't print copyrighted or trademarked material you don't have rights to (team and league logos, movie, TV, game and cartoon characters, brand logos, celebrity likenesses). We may refuse any order, with a full refund if nothing has been produced.

Proof, returns and shipping

• Custom items are made just for you and can't be returned for buyer's remorse, wrong size or color chosen, or errors in an approved proof. If your item arrives defective, damaged or misprinted (different from the approved proof), contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund it.
• A $5 file check and proof applies per design (waived at 12+ units of the same design). $25 minimum per custom order.
• Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $35 or more, custom orders included. Under $35, custom print-on-demand items ship at the provider's standard rate. International orders pay the full calculated rate (higher than U.S.). Priority and Express upgrades are available at real rates.
• Turnaround: proof in 1 business day, then 2–5 business days production, then shipping (U.S. 2–8 business days).
