Prime 42 stands behind the quality of what we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—within reason.

Made-to-Order Items

  • Due to the custom nature of many items, made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds
  • This includes apparel and items produced specifically for your order

Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of issue (photos) may be required

Exchanges

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items
  • Limited releases
  • Digital products

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
